On this week’s episode, Linda and Dana dive into what a winner looks like so you know when you see one in the hiring process.  They share different steps they take to get a feel for the whole person so you can find red flags if there are any before you bring them on your team.  They discuss the different types of talent (raw, emerging and proven) and how to decide which version of talent is best for the role you need filled.  Dana explains how she always looks for humble, hungry, smart, and Linda includes that hungry people with a chips on their shoulders are always motivated to make things work.  They warn against seeing that someone has massive talent and has been a winner in one role and being blind to problems in other areas of their life.  They break down how group interviews and low pressure dinners can help you get the whole feel of a person so you truly can figure out if they’re a winner and worth hiring.
