I break this down in 2 parts. The first is about strategy - what it is, are you already doing it, how to improve and mistakes to avoid. I go through some strategies I’ve had to apply to my own social media, as we always need the reminder that the strategy needs time to work!
The second part is key steps that you should be including when writing your social media strategy.
