The world is always moving really fast and encourages us to do the same. Whether it be through social media,or television shows,movies,or even just through conversations;there is more value on getting to the finish line faster. Or being the first to achieved a certain before everyone else.

But what is the rush? Where are we all going that requires us to be in a hurry?

Sometimes (a lot of the time) we need to just slow down. To just give ourselves a chance to breath. Just not feel the need to be in a constant rush.
