Ever do that thing where you don't feel anything, for, I don't know... 8 months straight? Bet you have.

So, sometimes I'm a bit harsh about not being the victim. Sometimes I'm too worried about homelessness to stop working. Both of which make me intellectual >> emotional to my own detriment. Today I want to clarify that it's okay to feel how you feel. There are days you're going to feel like garbage in this CPTSD life. It's just not okay to believe you're doomed to live that way forever.
