It’s Amy’s Daughter, Layla’s Birthday! Happy 10th Birthday Layla!!

In the first part of the episode Amy talks about her beautiful experience with motherhood and how unrelatable her relationship with her kids, while building a successful business, is.

Amy shares how her journey with food sensitivities started after experiencing skin problems and being told it was from pregnancy hormones and how this ties back to alignment. There are things that we’re doing because we may think are right for us, but they may not be coded in our cells, in our DNA. They may not be “correct” and aligned for us. How quickly do we go for the mainstream thing rather than leaning into our truth? This was Amy’s gateway to opening up to other possibilities and the beginning of her online journey. 

Amy gives us a beautiful reminder that our kids chose us. Human Design is so important to understand, not just for ourselves, but for our children and our relationship with them. To raise them in alignment and differentiation, truly understanding the authentic soul of your child. 

In the second part of the episode, Amy poses the question of why we hold ourselves back? What could be big enough to stop us?

Emotional intelligence and understanding how to hold, manage and navigate situations with personal power are critical to our growth to avoid falling back into old patterns. Are you letting fear and logic stop you instead of allowing what you know you’re meant to be unfold naturally?
