"Why don't you drink?" When you go from being a heavy drinker to a non-drinker, you're bound to get some questions from friends, family, and unfortunately... strangers too. I find it really helpful to have some go-to answers prepared for this question, so you can avoid any uncomfortable situations or unwanted conversations.In today's episode, I provide LOTS specific examples for how you could answer this question, so I hope you find a couple that resonate with you that you can use in your future conversations.
