As the holiday season edges closer the last thing we want to think about is the pandemic, but with uncertainty over Omicron, borders and restrictions, you might be feeling utterly exhausted and fed up with not being able to plan festive celebrations with certainty.
So what can you do when you feel exhausted by the constantly changing conditions and the seemingly never ending discussions about COVID-19?
The Quicky speaks to a public health expert and ICU nurse, and a psychologist to find out how we can keep calm and carry on, no matter what happens over the festive period.
If you're feeling overwhelmed and need some support, the Australian Government Department of Health has a number of resources available through their Head To Health initiative.
