There are a few things you're either doing or not doing that are leading you to this point. We are talking about a few of those. Limiting beliefs, eating off your kids plates, consistency, and lifestyle factors. I think the biggest take away is that we've heard them all and we can relate. As women we really need to trust our intuition, because it's good! We've been gaslit to 'trust the process' even if and when that process isn't working for us and our body is screaming it.
