Modern or contemporary dance may be seen by many as an exotic and outlandish form of art. But for Willy Tsao, it’s a lifelong passion and truthful expression of his innermost feelings and thoughts. Calling himself a “catalyst” for modern dance in China, Tsao has been practicing, choreographing and teaching in this particular genre of art for more than 40 years.
