In this week's podcast episode of Perspective Shift, Frank Daly and Mike Kitlas dive into Wim Hof, The Ice Man. After the death of his wife, Hof was left alone to raise his four children. This allowed him to search for something greater than just being human. In this search he discovered how to access superhuman abilities through breathing exercises. He has since completed extreme athletic experiences, such as climbing Mount Everest in shorts and swimming underneath ice.
