Claudia is a strong advocate for improving relationships through sustainable practices with an emphasis on empowerment and engagement. She uses her strengths to deliver psychological safety in the workplace. Using her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation, issued by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as the cornerstone of my coaching practice, she helps people to be comfortable with being more vulnerable, enhance their ability to trust, respect, and be more empathetic towards others.

With more than 25 years of corporate experience, Claudia has gained a plethora of experiences on three continents, ranging from administration and finance to sales and personal development. Her coaching skills are derived from those years of professional interaction in a variety of cultural contexts.

Claudia is an avid networker since she started her business career. She is the President of the Brazilian Association in Thailand; the Director of Social Affairs for the Brazil-Thai Chamber of Commerce, and a co-founding and former Executive Committee member of the Bangkok Coaching Circle.
