Daylight Saving is officially back across some parts of Australia - and so is the annual argument.

While some love the long, sun-drenched nights, others rage over the confusing timezones and sleep disruption. 

Now in the most evidence-based study yet, U.S. scientists have confirmed Daylight Saving is bad for our health. So is this finally vindication for Daylight Saving haters?
