Download the Free "Top 5 Ways to Heal Your Gut" eBook and start transforming your health goals!
https://go.wholegut.com/top-5-ways-to-heal-your-gut
Your body is your greatest ally, and it knows how to heal when you give it safety, rhythm, and support.
In this episode, I reframe healing from "fixing" to "supporting" your body. I show how symptoms act as messages, not failures, and why the gut thrives on nourishment. I also guide you through simple practices that can transform the tone of your day.
You'll learn about feeding your biological garden with plant diversity and real fiber, using gentle supplements as assistive tools, and letting your nervous system shift into rest‑and‑digest so your body can do what it's built to do.
Start with kindness toward yourself on the Good Gut Feeling Podcast: You are Enough: Unlocking Your Innate Power to Heal with Gut Health, Mindfulness, and Wellness.
