Today is the day after the election. As I’ve written these notes ahead of time, it’s unknown who the next President of the U.S. will be. It’s been a heavy leadup and a hard four years, especially for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ members. No matter who wins, there’s going to be huge shifts in energy and emotions, which is why I am sharing this poem I wrote on the first day of this year. Use it throughout the next week to ask yourself “what does this moment call for?”

Americans are voting for the next President on November 3rd, and a lot of women, especially minority women, are feeling anxious and stressed after such a charged 4 years of Trump Presidency! Anxiety happens! Even when you’re doing “the work” and watching your mindset. And that’s okay! In this episode I share 10 tips + 1 bonus of how to move through anxiety with compassion and kindness.
