Business is a rollercoaster of highs and lows it could be masked under pretty metrics of "external success" while behind the scenes, the daunting challenge of keeping up with life.

For instance, the moment I went through the exhilaration of tripling my revenue in a single year, only to encounter a flatline as competition grew fiercer than ever before. (cue a nosedive in my frequency)

THEN...the turning point - the rock bottom that defined my 2022, a year filled with unexpected challenges and moments of reflection (including a bout with the dreaded C). But it was here that I faced some hard truths and began a transformation that would lead to an incredible 2023.

Throughout this episode, we'll emphasize the incredible power of frequency and how a shift in my goals allowed me to find success on my own terms. It's been a journey from strength to strength, and I can't wait to share the insights and wisdom I've gained along the way.
