In this weeks episode we're talking overconsumption! Of goods and even ideas.
Living in this day and age of social media can be a little tricky; especially if you don't consume it with intention. You can easily fall into the trap of buying everything you see on your FYP or agreeing with even the most senseless arguments or stances on various topics.
As someone who advocates for holistic wellness, I really wanted to peel back the various layers on this one and even share how recklessly consuming social media coupled with trying to fill an emotional void got me into some serious debt.
