On this episode, Dana and Linda are joined by Pres McKissack, and he explains the Attractive Character model for business.  He breaks down the four traits of an attractive charater: backstory, parables, character flaws and clarity.  He and Linda share examples of each of those traits from Linda's story in business.  He also descrives the differences between the types of attractive characters: The Leader, The Adventurer, The Evangelist, and the Reluctant Hero.  Pres differentiates the approach of each of these types of attractive characters, and discusses the ways each type would go about sharing their stories.
