Reach Out Via Text!

In todays episode Savannah and I sit down to discuss the differences in how we handle problems and areas we can both grow. We recently had an instance where I found out an employee was waiting to see how I handled a problem before he truly committed to working with us. This opened my eyes to the fact that it is so important how we correct and lead people through trials and mishaps. In a year where we are focusing on building a great team, it was refreshing to hear this and see where we have areas to grow and where we are currently succeeding.
