Kat is an Authenticity Coach, the creator of the global ZEROFKS movement and through her coaching, speaking, meditation and dance events, Kat inspires others to come back to the truth of who they are and start reclaiming their power.

In this episode, Kat shares her story of living in a dark place of depression, addiction and chronic pain and her journey toward healing and freedom. Kat talks about how the ZEROFKS movement started, why dance is so important and how it inspires people to free themselves and shake off the repression of true self.

We discuss meditation and how Kat works with her clients to integrate their spiritual selves into their human bodies. We also talk about manifestation, Kat’s unique approach to this process and how the ego is our false identification but not always the enemy. Kat talks through her manifestation process of visualisation and how she did this every day to heal her body and completely turn her life around.
