I am psyched about today’s episode of The Wellness Wonderland Radio, where every week I share interviews with wellness extraordinaires. Today I have the amazing health coach Quinn Asteak. She is not only an amazing chef and holistic health coach, but also half of the dynamic kitchen duo {Healthy} Cooking Camp with Robyn + Quinn.
In our wonderful conversation, Quinn and I talk everything from transitioning careers to favorite veggies to staple recipes to acne and self-care at it’s finest.
The one quote (or as we like to call them, tweetable nuggets) that really stuck out to me was this…She shared her morning practice that can be applied to anything from that extra weight around your belly you just can’t shake or a stubborn new blemish on your face before a big event. Instead of hating it (ie. beating yourself up when you see it in the mirror or picking at it) she says give some love to it. This is what she says to that stubborn stuff most people resent. She places her hands on her belly & gives it love saying:
