Personal development can become addictive, especially when you come to believe you can't move on until you are fixed or the problem is solved. I see women do this a lot and spend years in therapy. Perfectionism hits hard. Especially when it comes to their kids.

NOTE: I'm a huge fan of therapy but there comes a time when you need to move on to the next level.
