LET IT OUT

025 | DANIEL VITALIS

Listen Later

Today’s WWRadio features Daniel Vitalis, world-renowned health, nutrition, and personal development strategist & founder of the amazing company Surthrival. If you want to fully thrive turn up the volume on today’s podcast because Daniel Vitalis gives some  mind blowing paradigm shifts on water, food, and lifestyle. Daniel is an articulate speaker who will  blow your mind with information, but in such a loving, non-judgmental way so that wherever you are on your journey he speaks directly to you. He’s a trailblazer who has helped shape the face of natural health and wellness. Today many health advocates are either knowing or unknowingly sharing ideas that Daniel pioneered.

In this episode Daniel explains how to go beyond just trying to “survive”, and into how we can truly “thrive” in our modern society. The conversation discusses the importance of water, holiday thriving tips, his personal daily routines, pre-speaking rituals, importance of language, and how to get started with rewilding yourself or how to take your already healthy lifestyle to the next level.

_“Words are magic and when we speak it can be intoxicating or revolting depending on how we use our words.” _@DVitalis via w/ #WWRadio with @katiedalebout

_“What we want to avoid during the holiday season is creating awkwardness for people.”  _@DVitalis via w/ #WWRadio with @katiedalebout

TIP: When eating at holiday feasts, try a little bit of each food and really enjoy and taste it by slowing way down. If you slow down you will have a better experience by actually tasting your food, but also eat less because when everyone else is on their second or third plate you will still be on your first.
