Daniel Goleman has left an indelible mark in psychology with his groundbreaking work on emotional intelligence. Daniel's new book, Optimal reveals practical methods for using our inner resources to more readily enter an optimal state of high performance and satisfaction while avoiding burnout.

During their conversation, Robin and Daniel focus on the pressing topic of gaslighting, a subtle  form of psychological manipulation.
