As a woman in a leadership position, do you ever feel like there is just not enough time in the day?
Do you often ask yourself ‘how can I save more time to do the things I actually enjoy?’
Maybe you have begun to get up earlier in the mornings so you can get more work done but no matter how much earlier you get up, you just can’t catch a break.
The good news is, there are multiple ways you can save more time per month as a leader if you make small changes to your lifestyle.
Time management can be very hard for people in leadership roles to grasp and this can leave busy women with families in time-consuming job roles feeling burnt out and overwhelmed.
It is important to prioritise your time putting the things that are important to you first - such as making memories with your family or reconnecting with yourself. If you don’t do this, your personal life and mental health will suffer.
By using these time-saving tips, you can reduce stress and increase productivity all while saving YOU time.
But first, let me tell you a quick story.
A few weeks back, I was really struggling with time. As a business owner with a small team, I wear many hats, just like you. I naively thought when I left the corporate world, it would be easier but I was wrong!
Don’t get me wrong, I wouldn’t trade my business for a second, but the workload is intense, especially when you value excellence and providing exceptional service to my clients as I do.
I’m a mother. I have 3 kids to take care of with a house and business to run. I was under pressure and I noticed myself snapping at those around me which is not what I want (yep, I’m only human too!)
That’s when I decided to do something about it. It was time to think outside the box.
I needed to be strategic and take control of my day and stop allowing it to control me. That’s when I implemented 5 small changes that saved me 26 hours which I share in this week's episode.
Listen now to find out how I freed up 26 hours a month! Yes, really! It’s not as difficult as you may think.
You can do this too so you have more time to do the things you love.
Here’s the episode at a glance:
[05:57] A powerful hack that will save you hours instantly
