Do you feel guilty when you spend money on yourself?

If you do, youre not alone. Many women I speak to tell me they feel like they don’t deserve yet. Yet they’ll treat everyone else around them. You probably don’t think twice about paying for a holiday, or getting the kids lovely new clothes or toys, or spending money on a lavish present for a loved one, but when it comes to spending money on yourself, there is something inside that stops you.
