On this episode of the NHA Health Science Podcast, we are thrilled to introduce Dr. Barnett.
Dr. Barnett's journey into plant-based living was not a sudden revelation but a gradual evolution influenced by various factors resulting in becoming vegan in 1991. Growing up surrounded by nature and spending time outdoors sparked his appreciation for the environment. However, it was his wife's advocacy for vegetarianism and the environmental impacts of dietary choices that led him to explore plant-based living seriously. Dr. Barnett's upbringing laid the foundation for his interest in plant-based living, setting him on a path towards a holistic approach to health and well-being.
