I am back with the second episode of this 3 part Ask Whatever series all about intermittent fasting. I’ve taken over 100+ follower questions I’ve received on this topic, broken them down, sorted them (some nice and some not so nice) and I’m answering them off the cuff! In this episode, I’ll go over some ways to gradually transition into intermittent fasting, how to make it work if you have social events or an inconsistent schedule and my honest thoughts on why I’ve incorporated this helpful tool into my own weight loss  journey.
