Aaron is a qualified Breathwork guide, coach, leader in meditation & nature therapy and uses these techniques to connect humans to themselves and community.

He is founder of 'The Conscious Self' which offers holistic services to deepen the connection we share with nature, whilst building consciousness within ourselves.
