If there’s one thing I’ve missed most since losing the use of my left hand, I think it’s my burpees. (I know, I’m weird. That’s by design. Tied for second: Showering (lol) and typing with more than one finger and a thumb! As you may know by this stage, I’ve been doing 100+ burpees every day for years now. 10 sets of 11. Boom. Done. Repeat. It adds up! 40,000 a year, in fact. And… Aside from the day after my injury and a couple days after surgery, I haven’t missed a day.
