And yet, when we look at this inquiry through the lens of addiction and recovery, we learn so much about ourselves. Our minds are responsible for some of the problems that we encounter, but our minds also create the solutions. Thoughts lead to impressions, impressions lead to habits, and our habits determine how we act in this world. It’s only by taking action to change these habits that we can move forward into a greater state of awareness and presence.
