Chelsea talks about the topic she’s presented at the IEA conference with Milton Stewart: igniting passion to undo racism by doing an Enneagram study on whiteness and white culture. They discuss how we can use the tools we already learned from the Enneagram towards our activism and our cultural bias. She shares how we can do this by using the foundational values of the Enneagram – compassion, curiosity and open mindedness.
