I cannot believe I’m saying this, but welcome to the 100th episode of the Mindin’ My Wellness Podcast! Whether you’ve been here since day one or just stumbled in, this episode is different. It’s not packed with tips or expert interviews, it’s me, pulling back the curtain on my journey from burnt-out corporate employee to full-time women’s macros coach and mom and how I built a business and life that finally feels aligned.
I’m sharing the behind-the-scenes of how Mindin’ My Macros started as a private Instagram account I was too nervous to share, even with my husband and how I slowly broke free from the “good girl” expectations and burnout that were quietly wrecking my health. If you’ve ever felt stuck on autopilot or wondered if you’re meant for more but don’t know what that looks like yet, this episode is going to hit home.
And while I’m celebrating this 100th milestone, I’m also standing at the edge of something new. I’ll give you a little sneak peek into what’s next because just like in 2020, I’m feeling that gut pull again. If you’re a woman who’s always evolving, always growing, and always chasing the best version of yourself, hit play. This might be the spark you didn’t know you needed.
