There's a reason why our bodies crave and desire to disconnect. A big part of that is these devices that we have that are supposed to connect us are actually disconnecting the communication in our body with our cells.

Our cells are becoming less able to communicate with each other because there's dissonance in our body. This is where disease starts, aging becomes accelerated, and we just don't feel good. We feel exhausted and depleted.

And so I'm always looking for ways to remediate these incoherent messages that are being sent to my body and one thing that I found recently that I'm really enjoying is this quantum device from a company called Leela Quantum Tech. They have a necklace. It's called a heel necklace.

And it has these imprinted frequencies inside of it. I really can feel a difference. I feel grounded. And I've really been enjoying them so I got on a call with Philipp who’s the owner of the company.
