Before Jac had even finished his professional training at Arts Ed, he had landed the leading role of Jack Kelly in the UK premiere of Newsies. Off the back of this iconic role, he made his West End debut as Joseph in the London Palladium production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, where he landed his first Olivier nomination.

Alongside Olivier noms and The Stage awards, Jac has played Marius in Les Misérables (in the West End and the Arena tour), the titular role in Pippin (West End concert) and alongside Broadway legends in Stephen Sondheim's Old Friends.

On this episode of Call To Stage, Amber and Jac talk about the challenge of carrying a show as a leading man, finding confidence during setbacks, debuting in the West End whilst finishing training and learning when to push... and when to let things come to you.
