Just like David remembered how God helped him fight lions and bears before he faced the giant, we need to remember all the times God has shown up in our lives when we're scared about what's happening right now. I'm sharing some easy ways to keep track of God's faithfulness and why remembering His goodness actually helps our brains choose faith over fear. When you're facing something big and scary today, the answer isn't in trying to think positive thoughts - it's in remembering all the ways God has already taken care of you before.
