There’s a quote by Viktor Fankl I love that says, “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”

It’s so empowering because even though we never know what’s going to happen or how our circumstances are going to change, the one thing we always have control over in life is how we react and respond.
