Summer has thrown my entire world into chaos and maybe you can relate! I notice it every single summer - gone are those predictable mornings and reliable rhythms that keep me grounded. As we're getting closer to school starting, I'm reminded how much I love routine and how much we all need rhythm in our lives. When our rhythms get disrupted, everything suffers - not just our schedules, but our spiritual lives too.
