Throughout the episode, I offer practical strategies to shift our experience from one of relentless reactivity to a more measured and intentional response to life's demands. I emphasize the importance of mindful pauses, suggesting a simple yet effective two-second pause to recalibrate our minds before reacting to various stimuli. This brief moment of reflection can significantly retrain our nervous system and mitigate stress.
