WOW this is such a deeply personal and vulnerable story but honestly, this podcast isn't about me. It's about bringing powerful, impactful messages to those who need to hear it - with the intention to help even if that means feeling uncomfortable in the delivery at times. I want to disclaim, this episode is NOT going to be for everyone! We are diving into complex topics of inner child healing, reparenting, deep meditation, energy work, and somatic therapy. I recently had such a powerful meditation that was so healing and transformative and I wanted to share the story and technique with you. If you have a deep seeded trauma or limiting belief that seems to continue to run your life no matter how hard you try to talk or think your way through it, this may just be the solution you were looking for. These traumatic emotions and events live within our body and if we don't ever truly clear them, they will continue to resurface just like a weed if you never take the root out of the ground. This practice is applicable to so many situations but for me, I was focusing on my fear around life long commitment and marriage.
