This focus helps women in mid life understand that weight and energy issues are not a math problem related to calories in, calories out, but a communication problem related to hormonal imbalance.

It's NOT about calories as your doc as told you, "eat less and exercise more". Your conventional doc is not going to order the correct tests for you, and the tests they do order will not get read the right way. With this combination, your doc will not be able to properly treat or diagnosis hormone imbalances.
