Today I’m sitting down with Kristy Rice of Momental Designs and Paint Crush to talk about something I struggle with a lot: the guilt of balancing being a mom, CEO, wife, mentor for your team, and just all the things.

This might be one of my favorite episodes to date because Kristy keeps it so real and unapologetic in this episode. It’s something many of us deal with but don’t talk about a lot, so I found talking to her refreshing, encouraging, and hopeful.
