21 year-old Maddie (Maddison) has arrived at TYP Central to bring down the average age of the team. Understandably, this is her first ever chat on a podcast and let's just say that her debut on a mic was a significant improvement on mine. Among other things, we talk about her role at TYP, lessons learned from following me around to speaking gigs, working alongside a dinosaur, training her 183 cm body for its first marathon (ex-basketballer), the pressure on young people to look a certain way, growing up without a father (her dad Ashley passed away when she was one), growing up in the country (where she still lives), working out without becoming obsessed and lots more.
