Personal development is not a weekend course, it's a lifelong journey, and if we aren't facing our trauma, we can't heal the pain.

And if we can't heal the pain, there is no chance we can move on, grow, and prosper because we will stay stuck in a vicious cycle of despair.

I learned this week while chatting with the brilliant Tracy Litt that everyone can heal. And this is especially true when it comes to muting the dialogue in your head about how you're not good enough or experienced enough to do what you want and be who you like.

Tracy's guiding principles around identity (who you are and how you want to be perceived) were shaped by the following quote: "Someone once told me the definition of hell; on your last day on Earth, the person you could have become will meet the person you became." You owe it to yourself to become that person today, so tune in to listen to her guiding wisdom.
