1.This year you took on a new fitness challenge by hiring a personal trainer. What is the number one thing you have learned about yourself through this process?

2.Follow up: what has been the most challenging part of that process?

3.You have shared that you have been working with a therapist and having a lot of amazing breakthroughs. What’s something you have realized through this process that has been the most enlightening for you?

4.The twins just turned 5, which is CRAZY! Time flies. What’s something in your parenting style that you do differently than you thought you would do it before you had kids?

5.Follow up: what is your favorite memory with the twins this year?

6.As we get ready to close out 2022 and head into 2023, what one word or phrase would sum up what you’re hoping to feel/experience in the new year? 

7.Making time for you and Scott is so important, especially with a hectic work schedule and young kids. What has been your favorite date night this past year?

8.You had the honor of marrying several couples this year. What do you love most about being the officiant of a wedding?

9.We know that self-care is important, but what does self-care look like for Shaun T, and, is that any different than what self-care looks like for Shaun Blokker?

10.You guys moved into a new house this year. What is your favorite room in your house and why?

11.Often times we take on new challenges and hobbies, and past hobbies perhaps take a back seat during that time. Is tennis still a part of your life, and if so, how are you fitting it in?
