A few weeks ago, TYP regulars Brad and Carly Cunningham had their amazing Training Centre (The Fit Shop in Cheltenham) burn to the ground, losing their business and the amazing ‘third space' they had created for their members. This episode is a quick catch-up with Brad to see where things are at now and let's just say that their story is one of resilience, resourcefulness and the amazing kindness and generosity of awesome people ready to role up their sleeves, open their hearts and help a young family when they need it the most.
