They can take on many different forms, but join me today as I focus particularly on one that has become entwined with my own business - rituals!

Rituals in business can create a profound bond between you and your audience, turning your interactions into something more meaningful and expected. These aren't just habits; they're things that your audience would notice if they went missing. For instance, I always have a specific way of signing off at the end of this podcast that has become a signature of mine. If I skipped it, you would notice! Similarly, in my membership, content is consistently delivered at 11 a.m. every Friday. If that changed, it would undoubtedly be missed.
