I hadn't intended to record a 'part 2' of this chat but I received a surprising amount of (positive) feedback about the first bit, so here it is; the second bit. I will say that, while all these ideas were personally important and liberating for me, they may not all have the same level relevance and/or impact for all listeners (of course). For me, picking and curating content is an ongoing challenge as a podcaster, and sometimes in the interest of authenticity, I explore an idea or topic that may not be universally relevant but hopefully, something most will find interesting nonetheless.
