The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has just cleared the digital therapeutic EndeavorOTC (AKL-TO1), as an 'over-the-counter treatment' for adults with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) delivered through a video game experience. Good f**king grief. What could go wrong?
