Building and motivating others is a true passion of Beth Bender. So much so that she has built and motivated a team around her as the co-founder of The Dove Agency. Being native to Dallas and with over 20 years of experience in the design industry Beth has made it her primary goal to advise and equip clients to maximize their time, resources and profitability. The doors to the design world were opened for Beth by her mother who was a designer, and her father who was a home builder. Early in her career she began to find herself always searching for a more streamlined way to achieve success. 

 

After completing her BS in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University Beth went on to start her own firm. Having left her design firm to work more behind the scenes Beth has brought her first-hand experience in interior design to better serve the design community of today. Thanks to her continued passion to perfect and energize processes she has developed a boutique experience that is grounded in relationships. 

 

This business model has allowed Beth and The Dove Agency to be part of the success for other design industry professionals who have improved their profitability through targeted marketing solutions and solid financial services.
