In today’s episode, I discuss a topic that is pretty close to my heart, and affected my childhood all the way up to my 30’s, that is body image, I'm joined by an incredible woman who is helping to shift perceptions across her community and beyond, Caroline Ofenstein.

Caroline is a holistic health coach, who truly approaches from a mind, body and spirit ethos, she is a 5/1 Mental Projector. Her goal is to provide women and her clients with a combination of science and intuition to wellness, so that women can find a happy and healthy balance towards their own bodies.
